Repentance from blasphemy

If someone writing something thats curse allah, like he writing allah name and then curse words after that, no matter if its online or on paper or on his body like tattoo, if he repents to allah and say shahada, will allah accept his repentance and become muslim since his writing still there, or he still not a muslim because those writing is still there?
