Allah saved me today

Assalamu alaikum,

I need to share what happened to me today.

I was in public bathroom. As I was inside, suddenly a male voice, a man started yelling just outside my door. He threatened someone to kill them and was so intense. I stopped breathing, fearing of what could he do so furious if he'd find out someone is listening... my problem was - I was in the bathroom, the dirtiest place to make any supplication to Allah. Just for a moment I froze, but did it with my heart. Instantly I heard security taking this unknown man out...

I think it can happen in some regions near you.

It would be maybe wise to carry a personsl alarm an pepper spray if it is legal, to attend classes of self protection/defense and walk with family and friends.

Fasting contains many deene and dunya benefits, and some additional perk to stay away from impurity and have wudu all the time.

Allaah عزوجل inspired you to call upon him. Besides, there's no harm in remembering Allaah عزوجل in the bathroom, especially in your situation. Imam Ad Dusooqi رحمه الله said that it is not disliked for one to remember Allaah in his heart without moving his tongue inside the bathroom according to the consensus of Muslim scholars. And Allaah عزوجل knows best.

Dear folks, I do not understand a lot here, what it is going around, are you bots or normal muslims?!

A lot mentioned here can severely injure or kill a human.
In addition as it is haram, it can get you decades in jail.

Please stick to non lethal options, when it is legal, maybe best pepper spray (best multiple, trained to use it and at hand), strong personal alarms, scream, maybe silat, jui jitsu and boxing after years of training.

Dufference between months and years of training is to be able not to kill if someones intends to kill you out of no reason.

To defend from knife is very hard and best option is to be a master of silat or to run hard.

Walk together with at least two more persons, especially woman. Go shopping together and cooperate with the police.

Educate youngs and empower them, be kind, merciful an supporting to them, not to become gangs next door, especially poors and with problematic families or one parent.

It is very hard to protect children from kidnapping.
It happens in thousands across Europe yearly and all the different stories appear on youtube. We need more investigations in this field! Advocate at the police and security bodies.

I think more security cameras are needed, escorting, maybe best school bus or such a kind.
Better additional tutors, babysitters, courses, sports, not to leave children outside to be tutored by gangs etc.
