Those voices, dependimg on sevirity should be treated both by a muslim GP/psychiatrist/maybe psychologist and traditionally with adhkaar, salawat, estegfar, ruqya, sadaqah.

I do not know where are you from. Practicing deed varies a lot from Australia to Canada and in between.

In the meantime start reading duas from Ad Dua Divine Help by Shaykh Palanpuri and this booklet: https://www.nooresunnat.com/Audio/Zi...ening_duas.pdf

Read everything thrice mornings and evenings.

There are duas to be read before sleep too:
https://backtojannah.com/before-sleep/

In dua book Divine help you'll find Manzil. Reading it 11x in one sitting will get you rid inshaAllah of a lot of maladies and afterwards continue once after every namaz.
Read this dua too:
https://www.duasrevival.com/supplica...-for-pure-nafs

If you were sinning major sins like for example over the internet watching of haram, repent, and stop that.
Often those attacks start when sinning/not practicing.

Read Quran 6:1-3 thrice mornings and evenings and seek istiaza (audhubillahi mineshshaytanirrajeem) 10x mornings and evenings at least. After fajr recite surah iklas 10x at least.
Recite duas before leaving and after comming home and 2 rakah nawafil for protection.
Pray salat duha at least 6 rekkah.

Brother still promoting bidah and sufism through books of shaikh from India. Just reading introduction is enough to see what are the intentions here.

I really hope someone from admins and moderators will stop this.

Sister, it's enough to read Quran, especially Ayatul Kursi, Falaq and Nnas in waswasa cases, and follow sunnah of Muhammad SAWS, not some people

وعليكم السلام ورحمة ٱلله وبركاته

It is the case of waswas in terms of faith.

Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), narrated that some Companions of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) came to him and asked him, ''We find in our hearts what we consider as a very serious matter and a great sin to talk about." The Prophet(صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: "Do you really feel this?" They replied, "Yes." He, (صلى الله عليه وسلم) remarked: "That is the essence of correct belief." [Muslim]

You should repel these whispers and seek refuge in Almighty Allah.

May Allah grant you peace. آمین
