Assalamu’ alaikum, wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh,

Long time ago, a revert was offering his prayer in his own personal room in his house because the Mosque called The Taqwa Masjid is far from him at the distance which makes him unable to reach there before the prayer has entered. But when he first time went to The Piety Mosque, he saw that it contained rug in it and he also remembers before he reverted to Islam that he and his biological father who is a native Sunni of Kuwait went to a Mosque nearby where both of them could hear the Call to Prayer and he saw that this Mosque too contained rug, but he didn’t knew that persisting using rug in Mosque it is heresy, because this is not the practice of Prophet Muhammad, Sahaba, Salaf, Ansar and the Rightly Guided rulers until very later in future which is today he found in islamqa[.info] mentioned in their fatwa “List of things that invalidates the prayer”.

And the same revert, he also found in one of the fatwas from islamqa[.info] that mentioned the definite ruling for the consequence of having dog as pet and for parents who bought for their child a dog as his pet.

And he learned from there that the consequence for keeping a dog as his pet it is the reducing of good deeds everyday and the angels of mercy do not enter his house for that reason. And if he warned his parents after they bought him this pet and his parents didn’t believed in what he was arguing to them, then he is not blameworthy according to the fatwa he read but in present time he completely forgot the fatwa title of it from where he read that.

My questions are:

1. If he warned his parents about the consequence of keeping dog as pet then they disbelieved in his words in which his words are based on the Sunnah of Prophet and after he argued with them but eventually he gave up in arguing with them mainly because they are stubborn. So in this case, will the angels of mercy come to his personal room where he sleeps and studies?

2. Should he go to the Mosque where it contains rug on it or it is strictly prohibited to go to Mosque where it has rug?

3. Is it permissible for a revert to hurry up in making ablution and pray before the next prayer has entered just because the next prayer was close to enter it just because he fears that his prayer will be invalid? I mean, will his prayer be valid in this case?

4. In case the Call To Prayer is displayed in public through his IPhone 6 via Athan app, is it permissible to use trick as means of his method of persuasion when his is on his way to Autistic Center with his Christian grandmother just so that he can offer the Salah without committing dereliction so he can find a perfect spot for him so he can pray there without people to see him neither noticing him so he won’t be abused by non-Muslims?

Walikum assalam warahmatullah e wa barakhatuhu,
The first question is somehow difficult but I will ask a scholar then tell you.ok.
The 2 one : yes it is permissible.
Praying on rugs is permissible in principle. Al-Bukhaari (379) and Muslim (513) narrated that Maymoonah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to pray on a khumrah.

A khumrah is a small mat made of palm leaves that is big enough for the face, on which a worshipper may prostrate to protect himself from the heat or coldness of the ground.

Al-Khattaabi favoured the view that the khumrah may be bigger than that, and he quoted as evidence the report narrated by Abu Dawood (5247) from Ibn ‘Abbaas, who said: A mouse came and started dragging the wick of the lamp and threw it in front of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), on the khumrah on which he was sitting, and it burned an area the size of a dirham… This hadeeth was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 4369.

It says in ‘Awn al-Ma’bood: This clearly shows that the word khumrah may apply to a large mat. This was also stated in al-Nihaayah.

See Fath al-Baari, 333.

Al-Shawkaani said:

This hadeeth indicates that there is nothing wrong with praying on a mat, regardless of whether it is made of rags, palm leaves or anything else, whether it is small or big, like a mat or carpet, because it is proven that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) prayed on mats, carpets and animal pelts.

But there may be some reasons why it is not permissible to pray on carpets and similar things.

For example:

1-If the carpet contains images of animate beings; in which case it is haraam to keep them and the images must be blotted out. See question no. 12422.

2-If the carpet has decorations and patterns that attract the attention of the worshipper and distract him from his prayer; praying on such carpets is makrooh.

Is it clear know?
3: there are some fard of ablution.do you know them? If don't tell me I will tell you what are they.if you make fard then praying is allowed.
4 : there are some condition of Salah (pray) .
1 purification of body.
2 : purification of clothes.
3: purification of place.
4: Covering the awrah(satr) .
5: the time of prayer should have begun.
6: facing the qibla .
7 : intentions.
A dog is pure, its saliva is impure.
Written in the book Fatwa Darul Uloom Deobund)and (baheshti zewar).
I hope you eand get your answer.

Can I have her sound evidence from the statements of Salaf, Sahaba and the Shuyukh among Salaf and Sahaba regarding this? And also, I require the statements of Imam Shafi, Imam Malik, Imam Hanbal and Imam Abu Hanifa regarding this matter.

That’s is because I don’t want to have surprises at the end of my life.

And kindly provide it’s references
