How Zakat can change a economy

I have recently figured out how to pay Zakat correctly, it is on the tangible assets and not on the intangible assets.

How Zakat can turn a country from a developing nation to a developed nation

Zakat is on tangible assets only but not on intangible assets, this will allow intangible assets to grow, increasing knowhow on how to produce things, which will give more productivity per worker allowing for higher wages per worker.

I asked people the followingIf there was someone who had average house average car and savings, who made the design for the latest tech product in there garage, and tweeted it and it got lots of likes, with people ready to buy this tech product.

Just as this person did this he completed the design and sent out tweet he died same day , would you say this person died wealthy or rich or average?

The answer came back as average wealth even though there intangible assets were worth a lot. Which means intangible asset is not wealth.

Now asking people If there was someone who had a average house a average car and savings. However they accumulated lots of factories, trucks and equipment, in their lifetime. Just as this person did this they died, would you say this person died wealthy or rich or average?

The answer came back as wealthy. So same scenario but with the accumulation of tangible assets people say the person is wealthy.

If we say intangible assets is not wealth that means there is no Zakat due on it, and if we say tangible assets is wealth there is Zakat due on it. Now a economy with no payments for intangible assets but payments for tangible assets will mean the rise of intangible assets. More knowhow of how to produce things, etc, giving higher productivity per worker with higher wages and higher standard of living.
