As salamu alaikum

I hope it's okay for me to ask this here
As in religion questions there is no shyness...

I'm asking about mental health because of women's menses

Okay so I go through a extremely moody and irritable state and also depressed and aniexty state before and after my menses
It's too hard to manage

In which I do kufr and shirk physicallly and mentally and verbally
I also don't pray and fast
I also get seizure like movements
That have prevented me from marriage and pregnancy
And living a comfortable life filled with blessings...

But I do not intended it it's just a bit too much for me

I went to the psychiatrist who is Muslim, who keeps
Also keeps questioning my menses and how my hormones are high or low

Do I go to hell just because of my menses if I can't control it?

Jazakh Allah khair.

I don't know if seeking advice for this was a
Inappropriate manner but

In like ruqyah sessions they usually prescribe
Ruqyah water on which the Quran has been recited

And tell me things like how I should seek refuge with Allaah talaa from Satan the accursed...

One local imam told me it's not my fault
It's although due something like Satan not just mental illness but he couldn't tell what

My Muslim psychiatrist told me it all could be from Satan...

I just wanted to know if anyone has advice on the subject...please thank you

Oh I understand this now...
Subhan Allaah

It is the situation of the disbelieving woman and the believing woman

Like a test....

God Allaah wants to know if I will believe in his last Prophet Muhammad and last book Quran

But any advice would be appreciated...I just although understood my individual case...
Due to my life events...

Subhan Allah

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wa barakathuh,
I hope you know the meaning of shirk very well.i don't know what to advise you but I think it is not a joke about shirk and because of these small or petty thing .bad, it is nothing if it's bother you then what about other problems.just lesson carefully,if you think of these things you will get frustrated and then you can't feel comfortable like you will not be present.you can't think of any other things which makes your day extremely bad , frustrated and moody .so just be relex .why are you that much frustrated?.keep calm down try to think about other problems and try to lesson surah Al kahf where you will know that how small your problem is .your soul will feel fresh .your imaan will be strong. I n my opinion you should think of the story of prophet Yaqub pbuh .his pain will make you to cry and you will not do shirk because after Joseph Pbuh he cried so much that he even went blind .how painful it is !you will know the love of a father for his son and after that much pain he met him .now ,what do you think of your pain?is it that much that you do shirk ?you will get your answer .these stories are not just stories they are lessons.
May Allah bless you and give you strength to fight against of evil deeds
Summa Ameen.
You will be fine inshallah.
If I have said something wrong please forgive me .
Jazaki Allahu khairen

It's too hard to control my mood swings and control my tongue from saying shirk words
Like I thought I was bipolar but when I checked my last psychiatrist she pointed out to my huge pms...

If I control the waswaas that is also my pms then I will have to bite my tongue or hold on to a rope and hold strong...

But it's too hard

Like all the islamqa websites are saying I'm accountable

And I'm really worried about what will happen on the day of judgement...

It's like extreme ocd with pms....

I get in fits when I'm all done
Ruqyah sessions told me I'm fine....

Assaalamu alaykum,
Sorry for the late reply .please forgive me.

Ok ...if it is very hard for you but at least you should try .
Try not to lose your hopes and tolerance always.be brave .it is painful but do you know how painful it is that you are doing shirk for theses reason.ok I believe it is painful but not more than doing shirk.
Do you know what shirk is ?how disappointed are you ?.
If you have mother ,sister or any one like a friend you should be talking with them in these days .
Sharing your problems ......... They will encourage you.and you should try to make yourself busy with something.lije talking or any hobby you like .I think you rest in these days but it is ok . The reason of saying to fo something because I want you to be busy .you will also forget your pain and will be secure from shirk .
You will be ask about shirk on judgement but why are you worry ? Because Allah is most merciful if you will try to avoid it he will forgive you . inshallah.
no losing hope ......
Trying be patient........
My suggestion.....
I hope it will help you sister ,
If my word hurts you please forgive me.
