Dont force yourself. Be Clean, Try your very best to avoid Sinning and DO Not Disobey the Ten Commandments as Disobeying them will only Bite back at you.
When I force myself to not do something that is not going to make life worse for me or other people and my Body naturally wants to do it just leads to Unnecessary Stress and psychological issues for holding Natural desires in.
