Is it not time, that as Muslims we decide to fulfill our covenants? He created man to be placed upon the earth as a vicegerent? If that responsibility is not being properly executed then are we not partly responsible at least for the current situation of the world.

How much longer will be use the excuse of tawakal? Saying that we accept things as they are because it is ALLAH who is ALLAH. Tawakal is not free, if you truly have tawakal then you will / must live a life in the highest of philosophies, it is the hardest path. But if you live a life where you are only offloading your responsibilities and saying that it is tawakal then you are lying.

If you don’t then you must accept that we are responsible for the way that we live and we are responsible for our environments. As the vicegerents of ALLAH upon the earth, we are the caretakers of the earth. And truly have we failed miserably. From what we see in the west to what we see in our homelands. We are without excuse. This statement does not apply to everyone of you reading this but it does apply to most of you.

So is it not time to rid ourselves of the excuses, and become beings worthy of the title “slave of ALLAH”. This is not done through thoughts, or even doing but instead being. Is not time to end this disunity, how pathetic is this - that we are focused on the dunya without any thought of the akhira. Waiting to age, and get ready to go into the grave? What happen to the men who once stood for righteousness, without fear or hesitation. Are men like that non-existent now, I refuse to believe that and I hope that you do as well.

What happen to the understanding that the reward is the akhira and that the rank we seek there is our purpose. Instead now we are all just “trying to get by”. What happen to when Muslims were the centre of the world, when Islam represented advancement in technology, mathematics, philosophy and thought?

Are you happy where you are? Are you at your maximum capacity? Is this the best you can do? Or are you going to continue with the excuses of “life: I am busy with family, career, lazy, tired, bills, 1001 things” Are you going to use the excuse of depression, environment, and continue to torment yourself?

If you are ready to escape the dunya, live to your potential, maximize who you are, step up to the plate, be of those who are nearest to their lord. Ready to impact your own life, your families lives and change the world. Then welcome the journey, the difficulties, make the effort. Exercise your free will. It is better to make the attempt and fail then be full of regret on your death bed, full of what if statements.

As Muslims irrelevant of what happens we are the dwellers of paradise in the akhira, the eternal life. Why are you sacrificing so much for the dunya the temporary life, at most your here for a couple days or a few hours.

It is time that we start to think, work together, pool resources, and use our collective force. Your power is in your numbers.

Now we are not naive and we understand that unity amongst two billion people in today’s world, with the countless sects, the different cultures, geographic locations, languages is close to impossible. But what is possible . . . Unity amongst those who want to be united - whether it is two people or two hundred million people. At least we will fulfill the command and have that barakah.

It doesn’t need to be fancy or big, it just needs to be real. For example a group where we can support each other in ideas, self-improvement, act like a community.

I’ve taken the first step and created this discord server. It is not much - but its a first step. With your help we can take the next few steps together. . . iA.

p.s. for those of you who say we have seen this before and it always fails. Is that a reason to say it won’t work> is that your excuse for giving up...
