Is it bad if I am not scared of the day of judgement?

My friends and I really haven't been the best Muslim version of ourselves, recently we started realizing a lot of signs of day of judgement. We talked about Islam and the events that will occur in judgement day. I felt like I wasted my life committing sins. I felt terrified. So, we shared advice, and we followed it.I now pray all five prayers, I say dua, and ask for forgiveness Alhamdulillah I feel like I became closer to Allah. But , now I stopped being scared, is it bad??I feel like I'm guilty for something.

Thats literally what happened to me like i thought i was committing sins frequently. Just yesterday I realized that i commit sins very frequently so i asked Allah swt to guide me. Alhamdulilah i'm doing well rn but i also felt that im not really that scared of Qiyamah aswell and was wondering if my faith is weak. Tbh I think we should do more than just praying 5 times a day. Ia im gonna try to do more like learn and read the quran. I read some translations from surah insan today that truly amazed me ill share the ayah maybe it will have an effect on ur faith ia.

2-3
إِنَّا خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ أَمْشَاجٍۢ نَّبْتَلِيهِ فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ سَمِيعًۢا بَصِيرًا ٢
˹For˺ indeed, We ˹alone˺ created humans from a drop of mixed fluids,1 ˹in order˺ to test them, so We made them hear and see.





إِنَّا هَدَيْنَـٰهُ ٱلسَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرًۭا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا ٣
We already showed them the Way, whether they ˹choose to˺ be grateful or ungrateful.





إِنَّا نَخَافُ مِن رَّبِّنَا يَوْمًا عَبُوسًۭا قَمْطَرِيرًۭا ١٠
We (the believers) fear from our Lord a horribly distressful Day.”
فَوَقَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ نَضْرَةًۭ وَسُرُورًۭا ١١
So Allah will deliver them from the horror of that Day, and grant them radiance and joy,

Some people do not care for the judgement day because Allah is most-fogiving, most-merciful.

One of my friends said, "All people will go to paradise." I personally disagree.
