Assalamu Alaikum guys. As you can see in the title these days I became sick because of extreme fear of fainting, becoming nothing, losing consciousness, and pure darkness after death. I also have doubts about Islam like "what if afterlife doesn't exist?" or "what if Allah doesn't exist?" which I am trying to forget and not to think about it but I can't get out of my head. I am getting these thoughts since I started doing salah. I used to be %100 sure about Islam before starting salah. When I started salah I started to have doubts which I usually ignored but soon these doubts growed which is now controlling my mind. I can't do anything right now, I can't go to school, I am only thinking about death and I am still teen and I have doubts about Islam. I am also having panic attacks because I sometimes think we will be nothing after we die which makes me extremely sad I hope it's wrong. I am also scared that my faith is not valid because I have doubts which makes me feel like I am doomed from each side. Someone please soothe me by giving proofs about Islam and afterlife. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP I AM GOING TO BE CRAZY!!!!!!

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته

Read about the basics of Islam or listen to lectures about this to build up your knowledge and understanding of Islam. Even by reading the translation of the Qur’an you will come across many, many proofs for the existence of Allah and the afterlife. The Qur’an asks us to reflect upon the world around us and even our own bodies - how could such amazing, perfect and complex systems come about from nothing? And just as Allah created us from nothing, He can resurrect us again. He created us all for a purpose and in the Afterlife we will be judged according to how we acted in this life. The more you study Islam and try to get closer to Allah by doing good deeds, the clearer all of this will become.

When we die, we enter a different realm which is part of the unseen. If a person lead a righteous life then such people will be in comfort and peace. If a person was evil then he will receive punishment. So it is more important to think about how you will work hard in this life so that Allah will be pleased with you.

You must also beware of the plots of shaytan, who will try to put you off from worshipping Allah سبحانه وتعالى. When he sees that you are trying to do good deeds, he will put obstacles in your way in the hope that you will give up. He will also whisper doubts of many different kinds. So you have to fight such doubts and ignore them, and equip yourself with knowledge of your religion. Protect yourself by engaging in frequent remembrance of Allah. Make du’a for Allah’s help and guidance.

May Allah protect us from doubts, increase us in guidance and keep us steadfast, Ameen.

As Salam alaikum Bismillah. You must try hard to have certain faith and remove your doubts...the akhira can be compared to a baby In the womb of her mother, the baby doesn't know what it's fate will be when it comes out. The other thing I learn from is when the insaan person goes to sleep and after a long night's sleep wakes up in the morning...and in the morning hours and the night and the sun rise and the sun sets maghrib time. If Allah is able to create all these things then certainly for Allah the day of judgement is a easier than that. Allaaah
Akbar just read the Quran..Masha Allah La Hawala wa la QuwatA illah Billah wa laikum As Salam.

You fear there is no afterlife.... while the disbelievers rejoice that they believe there is no afterlife. That means this is nothing but OCD and Shaitain. I am worried about your mental health. In terms of your heart, I think you are fine...but I am no shiekh to cast judgment so I wouldn't. However, I do know this. Your biggest focus is your mental health. Seek professional help who are Muslims and Allah fearing. You have issue in there - pokes your forehead - more so in there - pokes your chest where your heart is located -

So stop chatting with us and seek professional medical health immediately. And since you are going to make appointments for your mental health, I suggest also go to your family doctor, do a blood test and check if you have other physical health you missed. You may have high blood pressure, prone to diabetes, hearth issue, I see you are male. Have you checked your prostate gland? This machine is entrusted to you by Allah, go out there and have it checked by mechanics (called doctors) and see if there any parts in there that need repair.

Islam proved true.

Google "physics of day of Judgement"
Hereafter exists

Many of us suffer from doubts when we start practicing esp teenagers majority so keep calm.

It does go on for a certain time, for many people- OCD's & mental illness doesn't exists. It is part of Duhayma fitan that we are going through these days ...so it's like from 1 to other kinda thoughts & then relief if you keep to Deen with lots of good dreams & miracles even esp in darkest hour - Don't fall into docs hands - they will destroy your mental & physical health - i mean psychiatrists - GP is a must.

Try seeking knowledge - authentic knowledge but with trusted sources & don't leave worldly blessings - it's allowed in Deen if you don't give up hereafter or deen.

Keep moderation.

I destroyed my both lives & am regretting all my time i wasted in leaving worldly blessings & horrifying myself about hereafter.

Best Regards,
Eusra Khan
