why websites in malaysia showing 6 prayer times like this website Waktu Solat Now? I have heard about 5 prayers in day.

The time shown for Shuruq (syuruk) or sunrise is the time when Fajr time ends. For all other prayers, you can pray until the next prayer time, but for Fajr, you have to pray before sunrise.
