Repentence

Who have done something evil in ignorance
For those only with Allah has the repentance.
If they have repented it as soon as realised,
Allah will pardon them from being penalized;
For Allah is the most knowledgeable and wise
And He has no mercy for the persistent unwise
Who Commit till death approaches evil deeds
And then say:Now I repent, O God, pay heeds!
Likewise those who die shy of the trust in God;
They are destined in hell to miserably trod.

Rivalry for Avarice
[Following the contents of At-Thakathur]

That mutual rivalry of humans for avarice
In its destiny punishment in hereafter carries,
God - the Merciful - to us kindly precautions
Not to carry the rivalry to the tomb stations;
And for those still not have returned from race
Angrily the Merciful has ordained His disgrace!

Those in the hereafter who are still unwise
Shall be stationed far away from paradise.
They shall find the hell their abode for ever,
And be questioned for their mundane favour.
Let this Surah be favourite the most to us
To lead us to the paradise the most precious!

There was a young man from Sudan....
who was christain, and had no plans.
One day he was walking
to a friend he was talking
when someone offered him a Koran.

He wasnt so sure but accepted the book
when he got home he had a quick look
to his surprise, he opened his eyes
and now to Islam he is hooked.........AMen!

Hi James ! I've worked on yours.

There was a young man from Sudan;
He was a christain, and had no plan.
One day while he was walking,
To a friend his stand he was talking.

He was offered a Koran the Divine Book;
When he got home he had a quick look.
Surprised, he discovered the divine light!
He accepted Islam the only religion right.

assalam alaikum

im sitting here thinking about the dunya
seeing our brothers and sisters trying to be tough like da mafia
it hurts because what are wedoing to change our ummah
we act so lazy and religiious dont even try do our sunnahs
if you think about what we do each day
"DOES IT REALLY COMPARE TO OUR BELOVED PROPHETS DAY!"
its a dieases that we need to fight
make duah and repent at night
cause we never know when we going to die
cause believe it or not the dunya is going by
you never know wut your last words could truley be
it hurts and its really hard to see
we all wanna enter jannah inshallah
but for know we need to straightin our hearts
shoot the shaitan wit darts
cause he's gonna be in our way
cause truley we dont want be amongest da fireway

A good a attempt to depict the truth about most of us ! But why should we supplicate and repent at night only? Why not day and night? Allah ha said:
"Those who remember Allah standing and sitting and lying on their sides and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth: Our Lord! Thou hast not created this in vain! Glory be to Thee; save us then from the chastisement of the fire:"[3:191]

Of course, there are other verses too wherein Allah has characterized His true servants as "those who walk on the earth in humility and when the ignorant people address them, they say: 'Peace'; who pass the night prostrating before their Lord and standing in prayers; who say: 'Our Lord! Ward off the punishment of hell from us, for its punishment is atrocious' "[25:63-65]

May Allah bless and reward you !
