a few questions

Ok so I dont know where to post this so Ill post this here inshallah.

I knoticed that on the side of the page we have this little thing that tells how many post we have and how many points we have were we are from and so on.

Ok whats the points for???? it says I have 39 points what does that mean??
Also when I go to control panal in the very last part there is comments to my posts. How do I know who sent the comment?
