Some Changes

I noticed alot of people including myself had/have a problem with the default subscription thing and also how it has email notification..coud it be possible if the default was set to no email notification and not automatic subscription and people could change it to how it suits them?

You can change it. Mine is set to no email notification.
Click on user cp, go the left hand side of screen (settings and options) then click Edit Options. Scroll down to messages and notifications. There is a pull-down menu for email notifications.

yeah I changed it the same day i became a member but im just saying for others in future
