Giving Zakaat

Many muslims forget to give zakaat with is a certain amount of money you give every year to the poor we often forget how important it is.Zakaat is a pillar of islam like salat etc.We need to remember the poor in every way and that will make us better muslims.

I see more often muslims giving the zakat in the time or soon after the Ramadhan. I know one doctor who decided to operate patients for free in his private clinic , for around 3 days in this time of the year.
