I just talked to someone who said he do not believe in god. and that god is Jesus Christ.. and even in chrisianity I believe Jesus Christ isn't viewed as god. Tell me if I am wrong here

You are right in saying we do not believe that Jesus was God. We believe he was a mighty Prophet, like Moses was a great Prophet too.
