sory but i av no idea were else 2 go
wen i joined diz site i think i ad put an option dat wen i make a thread wen ppl reply 2 it.. i wil get an email notification... how can i get rid of dat bcoz it is bloking up my inbox.. wer can i go 2 take dat option off?

3.Look for 'notification' there will be a drop down list that should say 'instant notification' change that to do not subscribe. :)
