1. where do i find the moderators PM? i followed a link that took me to "show groups" that gave that info and links for each moderator, but i don't know how to get there myself.
2. is it better to send PM or e-mail?

Forum Main Page -> View Forum Leaders (usually near the bottom)
Alternatively, you can click on their username and go to their profile and then click to send a pm.
