No. Michael Lerner is a left-wing Rabbi who was invovled in the Anti-Vietnam protests. Tikkun is a left wing magazine. The rule is that the Orthodox and more traditional Conservatives are not very Westernised. The mainstream Conservatives are semi-Westernised. The Reform are highly Westernised. Lerner was "ordained" as a Rabbi by three Rabbis from the Reconstruction branch of Judaism - the people who think that the Reform Jews are not Westernised enough.
