yes I have it. And to be honest I used it for a bit and got impatient with it :X
But yes, it is a very well designed program. Did you try the demo they have on their site? The "trademark" technique is called Dynamic Immersion, basically they just put you into the language and let you learn by yourself (NO english translations of any of the worlds). IF you are going to get it, you'll most probably need to seriously study everday. However, if you are up to it, it can teach you a great deal, especially if you are a begginer.
If you MAIN goal is to improve your skills at reading the Quran. Then I say go for it.
However, if you are more interested at conversing in Arabic, I suggest the Pimsleur program (its around the same price). I use it for French/Spanish/Italian and soon Farsi. Even though its not going to be helpful for reading Arabic, it will get you speaking and understanding basic arabic faster than anything else.

Also, try searching around Amazon.com to find some really good Arabic Language programs. Read the reviews!
