do tht go to ure emails and click on there and delete it i get em too but i dont think this is the proper way!!! jus try it

try this...

next time you want to post you click go advance and then you stroll a little bit further down and you'll see thread subscription. and then you choose do not subscribe.


and also you can go to control panel and you go to the list subscription...and delete them all...and you will never find anymore reply in your email.
