Assalamu'Alaykum

To all who are in need

To all who are in need to Allah you should turn,

To all who are oppressed or have any concern,

Your Lord is always there in darkness or in light,

Ask for all your needs when you get up late at night,

Pour your heart out to him and ask with sincerity,

Ask him for wellbeing and for total prosperity,

My Lord I ask of you, to ease my worldly pains,

Relieve me of my problems that are tying me like chains,

I have none else but you to help me through it all,

I have none else but you, who will listen to my call,

So lonely I am sometimes a companion do I need,

To help keep me strong, so in both worlds I'll succeed,

My lord I am in debt my worries weighing me down,

Pull me from these problems before I really drown,

Have mercy upon my parents Oh Most Merciful and Most Gracious,

Forgive them of their sins and make their graves even more spacious,

You are the One who guides so show me of my way,

And keep me on the path and don't let me go astray,

I have none else but you, who will listen to all I say,

I have none else but you at night or in the day,

Sheikh Abdul Bary Yahya

Abdulbary was born in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. After the war, his parents came to the US where they have settled since that time. He grew up in Seattle, Washington and, after finishing high school, he went to Madinah University where he befriended Muhammad Alshareef.
They sat next to each other in their first year of studies. Upon graduation from the College of Shariah, Abdulbary returned to Vietnam and Cambodia and became a teacher and director of the Revival of Islamic Heritage Society in Cambodia and the Umm al-Qura Charity Organization in Vietnam. He is currently the Imam of Masjid Jaami ulMuslimeen in Seattle, the President of the Cham refugee community, and Vice President of the Islamic Center of Washington State.

Ustadh Abdulbary is teaching the classes related to Fiqh of Worship thru the AlMaghrib Institute. He has established himself as engaging, informative and dynamic. One of his first appearances as an Almaghrib Institute instructor was in Qabeelat Durbah (New Jersey) where he spoke on the issue of Salaat Al-Istikhaarah linking it to marriage and other decisions we make. The program was titled, "He loves me, he loves me not" and it was a great success.

Currently Ustadh Abdulbary is teaching "The Purification Act" in all the AlMaghrib Institute locations.
