In generally we know that the Government makes the budget for a year. The budget of a Government is a summary or plan of the intended revenues and expenditures of that Government. So the Government collects the revenue from general people and then allocates the fund for the development of the country and its people. But this system is not mentioned in Al-Quran. There is mentioned Zakat and spontaneous donation to the poor people.

So I have a question that what is the economics of an Islamic state?

I know that the government can give loans with no interest.
