i went to hear a speech this morning about managing 'jenazah (the dead)', the inheritance and etc....
and they mentioned that it is haram to delayed in distributing inheritance. This is to avoid taking or using money or property that is not ours. and also...if we have deffered it....the 'warees' has to pay zakah...
Its mentioned in saudi fatwa....
can anyone please post me the fatwa...please help me with this.
