a question which haunts my mind is what qualifies a man to be a mujtahid? its such a huge thing, we dont want to be taking fatwa's from a none qualified person.

i cant seem to find a direct reference to the fatwa

Does the credibility of a scholar decrease if he is self-taught and without a real teacher?

did he state the above fatwa ? or is it just propaganda..

if he did that cant surly be right.....!!!!
