HOw to treat a fellow muslim

Salam alaikum


there is person on campus who claims to be muslim, this person says there muslim but does not act like a muslim, they throw parties, go out on dates, and sometimes doesn't even give back salams once they have been given.

Some people even question wether this person has take their shadaha becuz this person has given several different dates to different ppl about when they have taken it

so my question is should i treat this person like a muslim and give salams when i see them or should ignore them

if you can please provide some daleel with your response

For me, if a person wants to call himself a Muslim, I'll treat him as one....

If he never reply to your salams, just keep giving salams to him... FOREVER... you'll get the merits, right?
