pop-up blocker

i was browsing this video site...and went onto the anime section...and the pop-up that came up was very inappropriate. i have a pop up blocker...but it doesnt seem to work properly...is there any pop up blockers that i can download that will block every pop ups :?...and if this is useful, i am using IE 7.0

i'm using McAfee and it works really well. if i get a PM it doesnt let me open it in a new window coz its classed as a pop-up on my comp so i always have to open it in the same window.
it costs about £30, but i got mine for free when i got my computer.
