i was just wondering if it is okay to put up titles that dont really go with what you are writing...but you do it to attract audience's attention...small persuasive technique...like for example the title above...it has nothing to do with this thread...although it does in a way...lets say titles are oats...in which case the title above is perfect...so ermm...can we?...we wont get warned?...or infractions?

Enough nonsense. Let us get this thread back on topic and no more straying from the topic of oats.

The oat family is a very large member of the grass family. It is a species of grass and there are several varieties. One that looks very promising in impoverished soil area is sea oats which is capable of growing in harsh sandy conditions. Making it of possible use in the mid east.

Currently the mid-east does not grow a significant amount of oats and nearly all cereal grains and flours need to be imported.

As far as prepared oats or "rolled oats" go the most popular and usually the right oats for the US would be "Quaker Oats"

Now, let us keep this thread on topic, before posts are pulled for being off topic.

Getting back to Sister ROOH's question:

I would suspect that would backfire. Keep in mind many readers do not read the posts they simply read the title and jump to the last page and post their opinion based on the title.

the next problem mods sometimes get rushed and if we see a Post that does not correspond with the title we may give an infraction and delete it as being off topic.

then you also have the risk of us seeing it as a meaningless title and deleting the thread along with an infraction, as Brother Alpha mentioned.
