I had my direct debit when i was 16.

a student account is an account used by student who go to e.g college, university

No, he means student account.
Bro, i think it also depends on the bank you want to open up with. But most accounts have direct debits attached to them, so you should be fine.

nope. if someone is eligeble to earn money for going to university or colleg he/she then opens a student account to get the money

Speak to your bank directly. You'll need a debit card which they will provide. If you've got a student account, you should be eligible for direct debit.
