I have been told to (in time) learn and memorise if possible, parts or the whole of books, the list compromises some of them;

1. Buloogh al-Maraam fee Mutoon Ahaadeeth al-Ahkaam or 'Umdah al-Ahkaam

2. Riyaad as-Saaliheen

3. Al-'Umdah or Zaad al-Mustaqni'

4. Nukhbah al-Fikr or al-Bayqooniyyah

5. Mulhah al-I'raab or the Alfiyyah of Ibn Maalik or Qatr an-Nidaa

6. Al- Lum' or al-Waraqaat

7. Ar-Rahabiyyah

I was just wondering if anyone has part of or all of the books online in arabic and in english. I am not gonna memorise anything now, of them, but I just want to be acquainted with the content. Insha'Allah.

Anyone who got links?

Bro Eesa. :)

^ But then Princess this compilation of books doesn't show when one book starts and the other ends, it could be confusing to those who are not familiar with the different books.......... :-\

Nukhbatul Fikr, if that starts on page 160 then that is one long article. Or is it justthe way it's written?

It starts on page 160 & I've been searching and searching for where it ends, but i just can't seem to find it.

The Nadhm after it's meant to be "Bayquuniyyah" but i can't seem to find that either.

:?

Mawaddah, can you have a look it please.

How long is it supposed to be, I thought i was memorable size? Seems like an encyclopidiea.

Anyone know of a recitation of it?

It is a memorable size. I think that link just seems to be a lil confusing.

I started looking around for Nukhbatul fikr on other websites but now, I'm reaally confused.

There seems to be two types of it as seen on this link here

..One that's compiled in a poetic form and it's called "Qasbus-sukkar" which I'm more familiar with, but the thing is when I studied it, we refered to it as qasbus-sukkar and not nukhbatul fikr! :? (so i'm not sure whether they're the same thing or two completly different things..)

And the other is just in plain writing (non-poetic).

Hmmm..
