daff is permissable accordin to the majority of the ulama however if in doubt avoid

im not in doubt about it by the way, due to the fact that daff was used to welcome our rasul sallallahi alaihi wasallam at medina during hijrah

The one's with the duff/drum and no other musical instrument is permissable to listen to sis. Wallaahu a'lam.
