Easy Talk Organisation In London

Salam to all brothers and sisters. Last year after ramadan finished a few brothers and sisters decided to get organised and start doing some real work in the community. Anyway we formed the organisation and we have many members in London.

The name Easy Talk derives from the radio show that a few brothers present every Ramadan in the London Muslim Centre. The organisation is aimming to ingage the youth and bring them towards Islam. They have helped me greatly and all i can say is that Islam is in my mind more and more each day.

We hold monthly gatherings and the past 4 have been realy good. We had Azam Tamimi give a talk about the Palestine issue also Hamas. Anyway the next meeting is:
1 April, LMC 2.30 p.m

If any brothers and sisters that are from London this will be a great chance to meet and network with other bros and sis. I feel as a Ummah we need to be connected more. any intrests please let me know by P.M or go to the web site www.easy-talk.org

We are aimming to increase the numbers and grow as a organistaion Inshallah

good stuff bro......i havnt been in d last 2...*upset* but they are really really good...we should all stick to it...as its still a newborn in this world....but hey...its really good isnt it?

well, we have talks on an islamic topic and also a topic or discussion led by the audience say on anything like whats happeing as in the news , debatable issues and so on. u get da idea??
we also hav nasheeds sung by Br's. mashallah they are gud! we hav soo much more and da best ting is' ITS FREE'! n we provide hot food and refreshment which is made and brought in by the members who attend the gatherin. dat shud b enuff info. if nt i'm sure Br Satalha can tell u more about easy talk gatherins?

Salam, this is great mashallah. Me and one of the presenters where discussing yesturday what the next topic should me. We thought it should be something that will get sparks flying. I dont know for sure, but what i can say is Osama Ibn laden. That should give you more clues.

Bro its just a chance to meet other brothers from London who want to start doing some work for the deen. If we can build a community of brothers and sisters that are ready to tackle the problems that we have as an Ummah localy and internationaly, than this will be pleasing for Allah inshallah.
