I saw this 2 years ago and like you i was speechless and sleepless but then i was told by quite a lot if people and other people from other forum that he had some sort of fit or spasm

ive just looked it up and this is what i found


This is from a 2nd division match three years ago, he was kicked in the face and he began to spasm because his tongue was swallowed and blocked his airflow so he couldnt breathe, he didnt die tho. He is fine now.It is still pretty disturbing tho.
 
and i also found this

wut happening is acutally he got a hit in his vertebrates, that causes messages coming from the brain to different aprts of ur body to change, for example in this situation everything is opposite!
out of human instinct he wanted to walk forwards but hes body was running backwards and all his other motions were going backwards!
he didnt die by the way and its not saudi league..i forgot where it was but its not saudi am sure
