i just joined the forum since 3 days

and i have put a thread in the ( Extchange links ) section.....and the thread is not ( yet )approved..... !!!!!!

well...it's ok if the moderator doesn't wanna approve it...but i wanna know WHY it wasn't approved. :? :? :?
