Abu Umamah (RA) narrates: Rasulullah (SAW) said: 'Nothing is dearer to Allah than two drops and two marks: A drop of tear which sheds out due to fear of Allah, and a blood drop shed in the path of Allah'.
'And the two marks are: A mark received in the cause of Allah (mark of a wound, signs of walking in the path of Allah, layer or dust, etc), and a mark caused in observing one of the obligatory commandments of Allah (mark of prostration, or a mark attained during the journey of Hajj)'.
