No Kashmir is in India. The one in Pakistan is Azad Kashmir which isnt really Kashmir. They dont even speak Kashmiri they speak Punjabi.
We speak Kashmiri which is a totally different language.

btw.. i took this picture when I was in america.. Dallas, went to a garden center.. was really nice i cant remember what it was called..
but none the less a very beautiful flower :D
