How do I make this forum stop emailing me wenever someone posts in a forum I posted b4..

go to upsercp and scroll down on left side says 'NO NOTIFICATION'

1. go to USERCP.

2. click on 'EDIT OPTIONS'

3.scroll down and where it says ''Default Thread Subscription Mode.....'' click on the arrow and click on ''NO EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS''

I just checked the Usercp.. and I already had it on No Email Notification.. but I still get email notification... hmmmmm
