Drawing On Sand, by unknown

One day, I was bored and dull,
I walked by the sandy beach.
I took and stick and began to draw,
On the sand that's within reach.

But then the sea's waves came by,
And washed my pictures away.
So I drew again and again,
But the waves washed them away.

I knew my pictures were ugly,
I knew I shouldn't draw.
But the waves just washed away,
To smoothen the ugly floor.

O Allah, The Most Gracious!
O Allah, The Most Kind!
O Allah who Washes away,
The sins of Mankind!

No matter how many times,
I draw on sand with sinfulness.
You, Allah, washes them away,
With sea-waves of Forgiveness.

O Allah, The Most Gracious!
O Allah, The Most Kind!
O Allah who Washes away,
The sins of Mankind!

The Friendship Ball, by Kashif Majeed

A ball is a circle, No beginning, no end.
It keeps us together like our Circle of Friends
But the treasure inside for you to see
Is the treasure of friendship you've granted to me.
Today I pass the friendship ball to you.

What would you do? by Found the Words

"Even if all the trees on earth were pens, and the oceans ink, with seven more oceans added to it, the Words of Allah would not be exhausted; for Allah is Infinite in Power, and Wise." (Qur'an 31:27)

What would you do if you found a pot of gold? Or a tree whose fruit assured you from getting old? What if you found a Book in which all of life’s tools were remarkably told?

A Book that entails the endless treasures of the Word of the Wise,
A Book that promises the continuous pleasure of blessings in our lives.

I have found this special Book,
A prayer to Allah is all it took.

His Words bound on the pages blessed,
In Al-Qur’an Al-Kareem does my heart find rest.

Explained is the creation of mankind, from a clot congealed,
Peace and blessings to the Messenger, in which this Bounty was first revealed.

Described are the Heavens and the Earth once joined together,
By His Grace and Mercy, Allah’s Power did clove them asunder.

Allah raised up the sky with no pillars to be seen,
His Kindness and Mercy is what this Sign means.

Mentioned in the Book is the blessing of the sun our shining glory,
And the moon in her measurement of time, our light of beauty.

Detailed is the coiling of the night and day,
Allah bestowed on us time’s distinction in this magnificent way.

The stars were made as signs for people who understand,
To help guide through the shadows of the sea, and the darkness of land.

Allah tells us of the rain that He sends down from the sky,
He does so to produce fruits and vegetables of all sorts and kinds.

The Mountains, He has firmly fixed, they hold the earth like pegs,
To protect mankind from the shaking of the ground beneath their very legs.

In the earth are areas joined with gardens, fields, and forests of trees,
Allah records each beginning, all movement, and every fall of the leaves.

In time spent sailing on the waters of the sea,
Remember Allah’s Words, that winds are subject only by His Leave.

Just as Allah’s rain brings growth to the earth when it is empty and dry,
He promises to restore life to mankind, and on that Day, the Truth will destroy every lie.

Allah’s Command is to be righteous and do good deeds,
To the Garden of Joy and Cheer does this lead.

You now know of the immeasurable value of this Book,
No longer is it a secret that you can overlook.

Al-Qur’an Al-Kareem, the Book of Generosity,
Make it the language of your life, follow it with velocity.

The Power of Allah’s Words will never cease,
In them you will find His guarantee of Mercy and His promise of Peace
