I don't understand the arabic but lookin at the video is quiet upsettin

But i didn't understand the last bit where the man with turban started givin the dude who had no food some food but then later by he was upset and then happpy then upset i don't understand.

That was a truly upsetting video, Oh Ya Allah....I pray Allah (swt) helps, guides and strengthens our muslim brothers and sisters that are orphans, ameen
