I need help in understanding the following sentence, which is found in sh. ibn Uthaymeens (rahimahullah) book called Tafseer ayatul Kursi.
ut is in reference to Allah's saying:
الحي القيم
The Ever living, al-Qayyoum
(2:255)
This is inferred from the (ال), “al” in which is grammatically used to denote [amongst other things] the combination of all perfection [in properties and (or) applications in the term that it accompanies (al-istighraaq)]..

i know what al-istigraaq is, but i am having trouble understanding it in the right context.
