Every time that somebody logs onto LI, the first thing they see is the LI logo. But what is it? A great green loofer floating like a sentinel on the skyline? A tasty cucumber untouched by the hands of man? A lozenge of truth? The banner of a glorious warrior? Or simply a stretched turtle with neither head nor legs?

but here's some miraculous history:

As *charisma* relates:

It was created white...WHITE as the pillsbury dough boy, but as the LI members continuously clicked to refresh each outdated page, or just to view new recent posts, it began to turn green (within the center) because green represents boredom (something like that...im making this as i go along), but miraculously, the word "board" is still intact with its true bright white color (even if that hand is 'caressing' it disturbingly).

I'm just wondering...has anyone ever aligned their cursor with that hand?

I don't know what to choose exactly with those options because I've no imagination... so I could just choose "I don't know", but on the other hand, I'm not sure if the only reason that I don't know is simply because I don't care...but if i choose "I don't care" then it would seem insensitive...sooo, I'm going to not vote at all :D
