i want to add/remove somthing from my sig, but it comes up with this error message.

That means that you know the [.b] [./b] you write for bold writing, that is not included within the 300 characters.

in other words my sig can be 300 characters long, as long as no bold is included. yes...nooo........

You know when u bold somthing, these little tags appear [.b] [./b]without the dots right? Well that’s called BB codes, and basically all this means

excluding BB Code markup.

is that your signature can be 300 characters long, but not including the codes that you put in.

E.g. for bold, there could be an extra 7 characters [ b ] [ / b ] but LI doesn’t include that, so your signature can be 300 characters in total, not including the codes. (that applies to all the codes)
