hmm.. my favorite would be aishah umm abdillah bint Sheikh muqbil bin haadi alwadi'i. Rahimahullah and hafidhahallah ta'ala.
She used to be my teacher. Boy she is scary. But MashaAllah so far i havent met another sister with as much knowledge as her.

my favourite teachers that i look upto are shayul islam ibn taymiya, ibn qayyum al jawzey, biz baaz and many more
