Asalaamu Aleykum wr wb
First of all I hope you are in your best of iman and health, insha allah.

dear brothers and sisters, I just found a dua that make my face smile, and happy,
and insha allah I hope this also will make you happy, insha allah.

I found the dua in thre forms, Somali script, Somali translation and arabic lamnguage.

I will write it in the roman script, and insha allah I hope some dear brothers and sisters can translate it.

btw this dua is from a book Al Kalimud Dayyib by Al Imaam Ibn Taymiyyah and was reproduced by
Sheikh Muhammad Nasirud-diin A-Albani under the title: Sahih Al Kalimat Adayyib

If any of you have this one home, insha allah help me with translation it to english.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Dua:

Anas said that the Messenger Of Allah(saw) said:

If a person saids this dua eraly on the morning:

"Allahuma inni asbahtu, ushhiduka wa ushhiduka hamalata arshika wamalaa'ikataka wajaami'a
khalkhika, annaka antallaahu, laa ilaaha anta, wahdaka laa shariika lak, wa anna Muhammadan cabduka wa-rasuuluk."

Allah will save 1/4 of you from the hellfire that day.
if you siad that dua twice then Allah will save 2/4 of you from the hellfire.
and if you say that dua thrice Allah will save 3/4 of you from hellfire
id you say that dua 4 times, Allah will you tottaly save you from hellfire that whole day.

you say also the same on the evening, you just change:
"Allahuma inni asbaxti..."
to
"Allahuma inni amsaytu..."

(Al-Adabul Mufrad, Sahih)

If I have wrote anything wrong, then forgive me, I had to translate some texts from somali to english,
while at the same time I had to translate Somali scipt to Roman script, which's little quite difficult.

Wa'aleykum Wasalaam Warahamtaullahi Wabarakaatuhu

A dua I am posting here from Sahih Kalima At-Tayib, which is worth memorizing and and ask Allah (Subahanahu Wa Ta'alaa) daily.

Only few days back I have memorized and put into practice, Alhamdulillah.
So you can ask me what is the deal ? well here is the Allah's promise
“If somebody recites this during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be one of the people of Paradise. And if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be one of the people of Paradise.”

Most Superior way of Asking Forgiveness

Shaddad b. Aws reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said,

“The best supplication for forgiveness is to say,

‘Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, anta Khalaqtani wa ana ‘abduka, wa ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wa wa’ dika mastata’tu. A’udhu bika min sharri ma sana’tu, abu’u laka bini’matika ‘alayya wa abu’u laka bidhanbi faghfirli fa innahu la yaghfirudhdhunuba illa anta

(O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I try my best to keep my covenant (faith) with You and to live in the hope of Your promise. I seek refuge in You from evil done by me. I acknowledge Your favors upon me and I acknowledge my sins. So forgive me for none forgives sins but You.”‘)

The Prophet, peace be upon him, added,
“If somebody recites this during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be one of the people of Paradise.

And if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be one of the people of Paradise.”

(Reported in Bukhari and reported by Buraydah ibn al-Hasib in Abu Dawud, #5052) - It is in Sahih Kalima At Tayyib - by Nasiruddin Albani

Making supplication to Allah does not require Arabic language. The benefit of a dua depends on how earnestly one asks Allah for something. One cannot ask for anything earnestly in a crammed language. So a dua to be made earnestly to Allah may be best made by one by his heart and in his own language.

Mere recitation is not likely to produce any result. Prayer is a matter of the heart to be earnestly made towards Allah. So don't spread hollow lies to misguide people. Don't prescribe any specific language for dua.Language of the heart is the best language for submission to Allah.

(O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You.)

Shaddad ibn Aws (radiAllahu anhu) relates that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said that he (Sayyid al-Istighfar) most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is to say (the above du'a). That "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise."
[Sahih al-Bukhari; 8,75,318, at-Tirmidhi; 3393, an-Nasa'i; 5522, Ahmad; 16662]
