Times of Obligatory prayer

DHUHR (Noon Prayer) From the time when the sun passes its meridian, until when the shadow of an object is equal to its length. "Allah's Messenger sallallahu alayhe wa sallam, used to pray the noon prayer when the sun was hottest." (Al-Bukhari).

ASR (Afternoon Prayer)From the time when the shadow of an object is equal to its length until just before the sun sets. Disliked time for Asr: From yellowing of the sun to just before the sunset. It is disliked to delay Asr until the sun becomes yellowish, because the Prophet sallallahu alayhe wa sallam said: "The time of the afternoon prayer is until the yellowing of the sun." (Muslim)

MAGHRIB (Sunset Prayer)When the sun's disk just disappears in the horizon until the red twilight is gone. "The Maghrib time is as long as the twilight" (Muslim)

ISHA (Night Prayer)
From the time twilight disappears to the middle of the mght (Midway between Maghrib and Fajr). Anas Ibn Malik said: "The Prophet sallallahu alayhe wa sallam had postponed lsha prayer to the middle of the night" (Muslim).
Between the middle of the night and Fajr is time of necessity, i.e. one can pray it after midnight until before Fajr, if necessity arises.

FAJR (Morning Prayer) From the true dawn until just before the sun rises. True dawn is when the brightness spreads at the horizon, while the fake dawn is fine streaks of lights that spread vertically. The Prophet sallallahu alayhe wa sallam said: "Whoever caches one rak'ah of Fajr prayer before the sunrise has caught the Fajr prayer." (Al-Bukhari)

Other Rules Concerning the Times of Prayers
1. If a person is in doubt about whether the time of prayer has come, he should wait until he is sure the time has come, or has most likey come.

2. If hears the Adhan (call to prayer) from trusted person who is knowledge about the prayer times, he can also pray. Also he pray if has simply told him time has come.

3. It is better hasten the fajr, Asr, and Maghrib prayers.

4. It is better to postpone the Isha prayer until towards the end of the prefered time, and to postpone the dhuhr prayer in the case of extreme heat.

5. If a person loses conciuousness:
a-Malik, and ash-Shafi'e: He does not have to make up for the missed prayer unless he recovers conciousness before the time for that prayer has gone.
b- He should make up for the missed prayer, Because the Prophet's....

I'd like to make a correction that Zuhr time doesn't end when shadow equals length of object rather when it equals TWICE the length of object & Asr time starts from there:-

Malik Mauta:1:9:-Yahya related to me from Malik from Yazid ibn Ziyad that Abdullah ibn Rafi, the mawla of Umm Salama, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, asked Abu Hurayra about the time of the prayer. Abu Hurayra said, "Let me tell you. Pray dhuhr when the length of your shadow matches your height, asr when your shadow is twice your height, maghrib when the sun has set, isha in the first third of the night, and subh in the very first light of dawn," i.e. when the dawn has definitely come.

Fajr: Dawn -till- sun start rising.[I]

Zuhr: Sun crosses vertex of sky(SB:12:738) -till- shadow of stick equals twice it's length.

Asr: Shadow of stick equals twice it's length -till- sun starts to set.

Maghrib: Sun completely set(SB:10:536)-till- Yellow/Red/Orange light at horizon gone.

Isha: After Maghrib -till- preferrably midnight.
