2 quick q's pls
1-what is the ruling on 'mas7 3la aljabeera' i.e when can you use that permit
2-ruling on combining salat on rainy days..
well this Q has subheadings
a- can you use that sanction when staying at home on rainy days or just if you are headed somewhere and it is raining?
b-what if you combine duhr and asr and then it stops raining bu asr time?
