Should corporate agencies target muslim consumers when selling halal products?

why does it matter?
You go into Teso (UK Supermarket) they advertising hahal good whether they advertise or not why does it matter?
 
They'd be stupid if they didn't.... muslims are the major consumers of halal products, aren't they?
