How do quote more than one person in my reply threads?

Also why do atleast five threads in this forum have 'sticky' preceeding their titles?

yeah, sticky threads are threads which got 'sticked' into the section by the mods/admins so they would never get put down in the list of all the threads, its done so they stay at the top and never move down insha Allaah, the important threads are the ones that are put as stickys most of the time. Allaah u a'lim. (Allaah subhanahu wa ta'aala knows best.)
