ok to put some life into this thread inshAllah.

In surah Furqan it says "Wa Qama Nuhin Lama Kadaburusula aqraqnahum wa ja'alnahum linasi ayah" Meaning And the people of Nuh, when they rejected the Messengers, We drowned them, and made them a sign for men, And in Surah Shu'ara it says "Kadabat Qowmu Nuhinil Mursaleen" The people of Nuh rejected the Messengers.

Question is why is it that Allah says they belied the Messengers, while all of us known that they only recieved Prophet Nuuh alyhi salam as a warner? :?

MashAllah thats correct, another one then :D.

Allah says:

Surely the Safa and the Marwa are among the signs appointed by Allah; so whoever makes a pilgrimage to the House or pays a visit (to it), there is no blame on him if he goes round them both; and whoever does good spontaneously, then surely Allah is Grateful, Knowing.

Note: it says 'there is no blame on him if he goes round them both;' which might suggest that this isnt required? But you both know that this is indeed a part of Hajj and Umrah. Question: Why did Allah say "there is no blame on him if he goes round them both;' if its required?

Yes it does, it wouldnt have said "there is no blame" if it was straight forwad, by saying "there is no blame" one thinks that you have the option of either doing it or leaving it, but we all know it is required

This Ayah was revealed to Ansar before Islam. During Jahiliyyah time there are two idols were place at safa and Marwah. When they became Muslim they hesitate to make the tawaf between these 2 places because what they already did in jahiliyyah time .. Then Allah revealed this ayah " there is no blame on them....I just explain briefly..hope it clear..insha Allah..

Shouldn't it be 113 brother Zak seeing as surat Tawbah doesn't start with In the name of Allah, the most beneficient the most merciful.

Ok since no one has given it a try.

Bismillah.

The Surah is Baqrah. How did I know this? Naturally if its going to have 5 incidents it will have to be a surah abit bigger then Kawthar :brother: so I went for the Longest Surah.

The first incident is, amongst the Bani Israel when they were forced to kill eachother as repentance then Allah said;

Then the story about the Murder and the Baqra that was ordered to be sacrificed in order that Allah show them who killed the man. After alot of questions from the Bani Israel they did what they were told and Allah said;

Followed by the Bani Israel fleeing the epidamic in a certain city in their thousands, upon reaching a fertile land Allah sent two angels and they were caused to die, and afterwards they were given life again Allah says concerning them;

The Fourth incident is when Uzayr saw the ruined village and exclaimed how is it possible that Allah ever would give life to such a place. Consequently Allah caused him to die and then resurrected him after 100 years, this was to show that indeed Allah is capabale to give life to the dead. This is found in Allahs statement

Now as for the fifth and final, I am abit unsure I must say. My guess would be the Birds that Abraham (alyhi salam) killed and then were brought back to life by Allah.

SAHIH MUSLIM
Book 004, Number 1771:
It is reported on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Get together. for I am going to recite one-third of the Qur'an before you. And those who could get together gathered there. Then the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) came out and recited:" Say: He, Allah, is One." He then entered (his house). Some of us said to the others: Perhaps there has been some news from the heaven on account of which he has gone Inside (the house). The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) again came out and said: I told you that I was going to recite one-third of the Qur'in; keep in mind, this (Surah Ikhlas) is equivalent to one-third of the Qur'an.

Ok one from the Qur'aan
22. When the believers saw the Confederate forces, They said: "This is what Allah and His Messenger had promised us, and Allah and His Messenger told us what was true." and it only added to their Faith and their zeal In obedience. (Surah Ahzaab)

From the Sunnah , Rasulullah said " Iman is 70 and a few parts, the highest of it being Laa ilaaha illallah and the lowest is removing a harmful object from the street "

Whoa great revision of Qawl al mufeed :D

This event has been attributed to ubayy ibnkhalaf in some narrations, and to 'As ibnwa'ilin some others.

it was reported by ibn abi hatim from sayyidina ibn abbas (RA) that 'as ibn wa'il picked up a bone from the sandy and pebble strewn valley of mekkah and after breaking it with his hands rubbed it into a handful of bonemeal and then said to the holyprophet (s a)"will Allah revive this bone seeing in myhands?"the holy prophet(SA)said,"yes,Allah taala will put you to death, then bring you back to life and then he will put you in hell."(ibn kathir)

For Him (alone) is prayer in Truth: any others that they call upon besides Him hear them no more than if they were to stretch forth their hands for water to reach their mouths but it reaches them not: for the prayer of those without Faith is nothing but (futile) wandering (in the mind).

No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him!

[PIE]
17.Is it not to Allah that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors other than Allah (say): "We only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to Allah." Truly Allah will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But Allah guides not such as are false and ungrateful. [/PIE]

[PIE]
18.
Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but Allah; that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah's Will).

Take not with Allah another object of worship; or thou (O man!) wilt sit in disgrace and destitution.

20.
O Prophet! When believing women come to thee to take the oath of fealty to thee, that they will not associate in worship any other thing whatever with Allah, that they will not steal, that they will not commit adultery (or fornication), that they will not kill their children, that they will not utter slander, intentionally forging falsehood, and that they will not disobey thee in any just matter,- then do thou receive their fealty, and pray to Allah for the forgiveness (of their sins): for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
