Aselam aleykum everyone.
Yeah I know I've been inactive for years, and now the first post I make here is shameless promotion for a book I've written...
But it's free! And you can download it here: http://the-cure-novel.webs.com/The%20Cure.pdf
Short summary of the story:
Dr. Alexander Leach, a promising psychology teacher at Brown university starts with a new experiment. In cooperation with several local prisons, he attempts to find a cure for anti-social personality disorder. Dr. Leach promises inmates who cooperate to speak on their behalf at their next parole hearing. Alex has the theory all worked out, but reality proves to be much more challenging. With his personal life falling to parts, sociopath inmates not genuinely cooperating and boycott from a very unexpected corner, it starts to seem like Alex bit off more than he could chew. Just as he was about to throw in the towel, his most unpromising participant starts making unexplainable progress. But again, things aren't as simple as they first appeared to be...
So come on and get your copy. print it out, read it online, do as you wish.
But most off al: Enjoy.
No wait, that's rubbish, lemme try again.
But most of all: share the good news (of a free e-book) with others

By the way, anybody got any ideas for a nice drawing/picture, something that fits with the story? People do tend to judge a book by its cover afterall (even a e-book)...
Hmm, nice ideas, but I don't think I want to focus on the prison so much, the prison is just the setting, the book doesn't adress prison life at all, it's about people and drama. Also, obviously I can't use a picture which is already someone elses property
